高铝浇注料是以高铝莫来石原料为主，以水泥或微粉为结合剂的不定型产品，具有强度高，特别是中温强度高，热震性好的特点。在中间包中采用高铝莫来石预制块和铝锆预制块替代高铝浇注料能明显提高使用寿命，提高中间包使用的安全性。
Using high alumina mullite as rawmaterial, cement or micro-powder as binding
agents, the Hi-Al2O3 castables is one unshaped refractory and has the benefits of high
strength,especially under medium temperature, and good thermal shock resistance.
Substituting high alumina castables with high alumina mullite or Al2O3-ZrO2 based
precast block can extend the tundish lifespan and enhance the security in the service.
