本产品是原CAG-1浇注料配方中增添了短而细的耐热钢纤维组成。产品具有较高的抗拉强度和较好的抗热冲击性、抗机械磨损性。主要用于各种锅炉前后拱炉墙及75T/h、220T/h流化床锅炉及垃圾炉,并适用于电炉炉盖、喷枪、出钢槽、加热炉炉底及水泥回转窑烧成带、档料圈等。
These products are based on CAG-1 castables with addition of heat-resistant stainless steel fiber. These castables have high bending strength good thermal shock resistance and mechanical abrasion resistance Main applications; front and back wall linings of 75T/h、220T/h CFB boilers, and Electrical furnace cover spraying gun, steel trough and heating furnace is hearth, etc.
