高强度磷酸盐耐磨砖
本产品是在普通磷酸盐结合高铝砖的基础上，通过特殊工艺，采用化学添加物，使制品的强度、耐磨性 及荷重软化温度均大幅度提高，其高温性能和抗热震性也优于磷酸盐结合高铝砖。该产品一九九一年通过省级技术鉴定，一九九三年荣获全国星火成果展览会金奖和建材部建材金奖。P砖具有常温耐压强度高、热震稳定性好、气孔率低等特点，适用于水泥回转窑窑口、窑尾和冷却带、冷却机及水泥立窑高温带等部位。
Rased on ordinary phosphate bonded high alumina bricks,through especial techniques,and using chemical additive ,strength abrasion resistance and RUL of the products are improved greatly , high temperature propertries & thermal shick resistance are also superior to ordinary phosphate bonded high alumina bricks .These products,In 1991,passed the provincial technical appraisals,in 1993,won the National Spark-Star Production Exhibition Golden Award and Golden Award of Ministry of Buikling Material Industry ,P-brick has high cold crushing strength ,good thermal shock resistance iow porosity ,so as to be suitable for rotarykiln is burning zone transting zone ,cooling zone,cooling machine and cement vertical kiln is high temperature zone ,PA-brick has high cold crushing strength ,good abrasion resisance ,excellent slag corrosion resistance ,low porosity etc,and suitable for rotary kiln is wicket,kilneye,cooling zone ,cooling machine and cement vertical kiln is high tremperature zone etc.
