The light weight castables have low density, low thermal conductivity, high strength,good acid resistance and alkali resistance. They are suitable for middle and low temperature
furnace linings, ceiling and mobile coover. Light weight corundum-mullite castables(CB-1.0,CB-1.3)can be mainly used at heating furnaces in metallurgical industry.

电厂烟囱用轻质耐酸浇注料(密实型)（DL/T901-2004）
燃煤发电厂排放的烟气经湿法脱酸后呈饱和带水状态，烟气温度下降至50℃-70℃之间，同时尚含有少量的硫酸和夹带的氯化物等腐蚀性介质。低浓度的硫酸和氯化物由于渗透性很强，对混凝土内壁的腐蚀与破坏作用比高浓度硫酸液更强烈，因此对燃煤电厂烟气湿法脱硫后烟囱内衬的防腐性能提出了更高的要求。本公司生产的电厂烟囱专用防渗水密实型耐酸隔热浇注料可以直接浇注于烟囱内层，起到保温、隔热、耐酸、抗腐蚀作用，并且具有耐压强度比较高等优点，代替了原先传统的轻质砖及轻质耐酸砖，施工方便。
