本产品是以粘土和高铝质原料为骨料和粉料,加结合剂制成的耐火浇注料。主要用于各种工业窑炉等热工设备内衬及化工行业各种窑炉。产品具有较高的耐火性能、良好的热震稳定性,并具有一定的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。其使用温度一般在 1350-1400℃,如要提高使用温度,可采用氧化铝水泥及调整颗粒级配。产品还具有抗菌素酸性、碱性良好性能,而且强度高,烧后无裂缝剥落现象。
These products mainly use chamotts and bauxite as aggregate and fine. They have high refractoriness. good sulphate corrosion resistance, Their service temperature is within 1350-1400 ℃, If service temperature is called for higher degree, particle size distribution can be addition usted and binder can be substiute by alumina cemen thus castables have acid-resistance, alkaliresistance, acid-resistance and high strength, spall resistance properties.
