These products are manufactured by high temperature sintered.They have hi4gh refractoriness,good corrosion resistant to Ferrocompound,basic furnace slag and high CaO flux . They are main products of basic refractories ,and have wide usage in metallurgical furnace.

Burned magnessite chrome bricks(YB/T5011-1997)
烧成镁铬砖的生产工艺与镁砖大体相仿，其主要特点为：砖的气孔率低，耐压强度、荷重软化温度和抗折强度均较高，抗渣性和高温强度均比其他镁铬砖好。产品主要用于冶金行业平炉炉顶、电炉炉顶、精炼炉及各种有色金属冶炼炉，此外还用在水泥回转窑烧成带和玻璃窑的蓄热室等部位。
The manufactured techniques of burned Magnesite chrome bricks are the same as magnesite bricks,with low porosity,high strengty and refractoriness under load,Their slag corrosion resistance and high temperature strengty are also better than other magnesite chrome brick.Their main usage are for metallurgical industry for example,ferrous smelting furnace;Besides,they are also used in the sintering zone of cement rotary kiln and regenerator of glass furnace,etc.

本产品是以氧化镁为主要成份，并含有部分氧化铝经烧结而成的耐火制品，属碱性耐火材料，其强度较高，抗渣性也较好，还克服了普通镁砖热震稳定性差的缺陷。主要用于炼钢平炉顶和有色金属冶炼炉，水泥回转窑和高温隧道窑等。
These products'raw materials are mainly composed of magnesite with a quarter of alumina . They have high strength good slag corrosion resistance,and get rid of the inferior thermal shock resistance of ordinary magnesite bricks . Their main usage are for open-hearth furnace is roof ,non-ferrous melting furnace , cement rotary kiln and high temperature tunnel kiln,etc.
